Crab Pot Cottage...
...is situated in the centre of Wells-Next-The-Sea, a picturesque town 
and fishing port on the North Norfolk coast.
It is a snug cottage (in the centre of a terrace of three) and is ideally situated for access to the town and the quay (both are within two minutes walk). Beautiful beaches, the pinewoods and salt marshes are all within easy reach.
The cottage is over 200 years old but has been renovated sympathetically to incorporate a simple kitchen and a comfortable sitting room. A TV/DVD player and CD/cassette/radio are provided.
At the top of the central stairs - which are steep - there is a modern bathroom and two bedrooms (one double and one twin).
Duvets, pillows and linen are included and there is no additional charge for heating or electricity. Towels can be provided at a small charge.
The cottage has a small garden with fruit trees and incorporates parking for one car.

Conditions A deposit is payable and, in the event of cancellation, can only be refunded if the cottage can be relet for the full period of your intended stay.
The cottage is not suitable for pets and, in consideration to other guests, we regret that smokers cannot be accommodated.
